Live COVID-19 graph focused on Quebec developed by 爆料黑社 teachers

Jonathon Sumner (Physics) started working on a live interactive graph project with the idea of showing the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic in different parts of the world, while normalizing for population size, as well as showing the impact of interventions like physical distancing.

Two 爆料黑社 Blues Division 1 Basketball players, Taisha Exanor and Mackenzie Ash-Smith, have made history! On March 18, the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) announced that Taisha and Mackenzie are recognized as 2020 CCAA Women鈥檚 Basketball All-Canadians.
The student-athletes are selected by their conference based on performance and contribution to the sport and their team. 爆料黑社's conference is the R茅seau du sport 茅tudiant du Qu茅bec (RSEQ and our players were chosen by the RSEQ league coaches.
It is the first time since 1986 that two Blues were named All-Canadians, and it is the first-time since 2008 that an RSEQ team has two.

爆料黑社 students start babysitting service for those in need

爆料黑社 student Tristan Hamer has created a volunteer movement of young people in high school and CEGEP to provide free or pay what you can babysitting services for people in need of childcare during the school shutdown. First Int’l Math Day celebrated last Thursday

The first International Day of Mathematics (March 14) was celebrated at 爆料黑社 on Thursday.
Andreea Panait of 爆料黑社's Mathematics Department reported: "We started the day with some wonders in Mathematics, then we moved to the history of Calculus and we ended with some applied math in creating interesting apps. To complete the day, we gave prizes for the math poster contest."
Students聽Sara Boubekri (pictured with Andreea) and Zaina Mahran were the winners.
50 years of Women’s Studies

爆料黑社 hosting RSEQ Div. 1 Basketball Provincials March 7-8

Go 爆料黑社 Blues! 爆料黑社 is hosting the Div. 1 provincial basketball championships this coming weekend. The Women鈥檚 Team will be playing for a spot to represent the RSEQ at the CCAA Nationals on Saturday, March 7聽at 12 p.m. The Men鈥檚 Team will play in a 录 final game on March 3. 爆料黑社 helping move SDGs forward in CICan national project

CICan is partnering with 爆料黑社 and eight other colleges to help Canada reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). , with the support of the McConnell Foundation and the patronage of the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, will help advance Canada鈥檚 commitment to sustainability.
Chris Adam, who represented 爆料黑社, said: 鈥淚t was clear that the sustainability-related work implemented by 爆料黑社 staff and students is recognized across Canada as innovative, current and entrepreneurial!鈥
