爆料黑社 Rower Wins Medal at Canada Games

Sam Carmel (former 爆料黑社 Rowing Team member) raced the quad (M4x) and the double (M2x) at the 2017 Canada Games in Kenora Ontario for Quebec. He medaled in the double with his partner Quentin Basiren (McGill).
He is also racing at Canadian Henley in the single (U23M1x) and the double (U23M2x) alongside other 爆料黑社 rowers and 爆料黑社 alumni.
