Advanced Deadlines
Due to institutional banking deadlines and statutory holidays, advanced deadlines apply for the following pay periods:
- Thursday, October 8
- Thursday, October 23
- Thursday, December 18
- Monday, December 29

Regular Deadlines
Due to institutional banking deadlines, exceptions cannot be made.
The following items must be approved and submitted to Human Resources by noon on the Thursday deadline for processing, except for the advanced deadlines noted above:
- Non-teaching and teaching staffing requests
- STEC鈥檚 (Short Term Employment Contracts)
- Timesheets
- Substitution
- Certificates of Absence
- Vacation change requests
